In his 41 years of practice, Jack has handled well over 600 cases in a number of courts around the State of Texas and out of Texas as well. His primary practice is in the Dallas Fort Worth Texas metroplex, but he has also handled cases throughout the state. Specific types of cases include contract and business disputes, business fraud and deceptive trades practices act, real estate disputes, construction defects, commercial collections, probate litigation, secured transactions, uniform commercial code issues, partnership litigation, foreclosures, condominium association matters and a variety of other business matters. He represents business entities and individuals in these areas.
